We take 10% of the items price for agent service fee, but 8 USD for minimum charge for each order.
The system will calculate the agent service fee automatically and give the result by orders.

Here are examples which may make you understood well:

• e.g. You are a customer come from Spain, you found some items want to buy from Taobao.com, the price is 1000CNY total (including domestic fee), you referred our exchange rate and found the exchange rate from CNY to USD is 1CNY=0.154USD.

  Then you calculated: 1000x0.154x110%=169.4USD (price in USD which domestic fee and agent service fee included), now you paid us amount for items and service fee, we start purchasing.

  After we received them and weight them, we got the weight is 3kg, you choose EMS as shipping company, refer to EMS official rate you got an official price (280+75+75+75+75+75+4)x0.154=101.49USD. You know we got 50% discount for EMS shipping, so you calculated the shipping fee: 101.49USDx(1-50%)=50.75USD.

  Finally you got total cost 169.4+50.75=220.15USD. (* the Paypal fee incurred when recharge balance is not included)

• e.g. Now you are a customer from USA, you want to buy some items from Taobao.com, the total items price is 200CNY (including domestic fee), you know our exchange rate is 1CNY=0.154USD.

  Then you calculated: 200x0.154+8USD=38.8USD (8USD for minimum agent service fee, because you found 200x0.154x10%=3.08USD, it is less than 8USD), now you paid us amount for items and agent service fee, we start purchasing.

  After we received them and weight them, we got the weight is 1kg, you choose China Post as shipping company, refer to China Post official rate you got an official price (18+15+15+15+15+15+15+15+15+15+8)x0.154=24.79USD. You know we got 20% discount for China Post shipping, so you calculated the shipping fee: 24.79USDx(1-20%)=19.83USD.

  Finally you got total cost for this order 38.8+19.83=58.63USD. (* the Paypal fee incurred when recharge balance is not included)
